Dear Valued Patient,

For over two decades, we have had the privilege of seeing you in our Middletown and Vernon OculusDocs locations. We’ve appreciated your understanding as we’ve recently gone through some changes and the decision has been made to close these locations. We have thoroughly enjoyed your loyalty, patronage, referrals, and relationships.

As one door closes, another one opens, and we hope you will come to visit us in our new Glastonbury location! We would be honored to continue seeing you in our brand-new office space, with our own optical dispensary, and parking.

We have all your records and will be participating with the same insurance. I am also thrilled that Lai Chu Wong, who has been with me since the beginning, will continue to greet our patients.
