After many years of not going to an eye doctor, I was extremely satisfied seeing Dr. Cha. They eased all of my anxiety of the eye doctor and were absolutely fantastic. I chose this practice due to the number of good reviews and they are not wrong. 10/10 experience, staff, recommendations etc. See you all next year for my next annual exam!

I had my yearly eye exam with Dr Jenny Cha at her in Glastonbury. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr Cha is wonderful and I only see her for my eye exams. I found new eyeglasses and sunglasses. It was a great experience. It’s so exciting that she now offers frames. I highly recommend them.

Updated 4/2/26: Took my son here for his first eye exam EVER. Dr. Cha explained every single step of the exam to him to ease any anxiety he may have had. She allowed time for any questions after each portion of her exam. She cleaned the equipment in front of him, which was great because he’s a germaphobe. He is now a regular patient if Dr. Cha’s after today. Everyone in her office is super friendly, even her remote transcriber from the Philippines that is with us via webcam during the visits. Thank you, Dr. Cha and staff!!!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. J. Cha for many, many years. In fact, we followed her here since the Lens Crafters by us closed and moved because that's how we originally found Dr. Cha.

This Glastonbury location is very tidy and clean. Anyone that is going near my eyes and examining them MUST be clean! Dr. Cha and her staff are nothing short of exceptional. They're all professional, knowledgeable, helpful and super personable. It's always a pleasant atmosphere in her office and there's never any pushy upselling of any kind. It's a simple and no pressure eye doctor visit. I enjoy browsing the eyewear without someone hounding me and trying to upsell me. The two individuals that are in charge of the eyewear area are very nice and laid back. They're honest with their feedback and suggest what looks best but leave the ultimate decision to you.

This office has the most up to date technology!!!! I'm forever grateful for the new puff of air device that is handheld now and it's just a "tickle".

Great eyewear selection. Glasses come with a one year warranty on frames and lenses. We are bringing our son here for his very first eye exam. I highly recommend OculusDocs!

Dr. Oneal is always so caring and thorough. Well worth the 55 min drive to be under her care.

I trust Oculus Docs with my own vision care and vision care for both my sons- happy with their doc and trust her- that takes years to earn. Hope to keep going there, but I would not recommend purchasing glasses there. I did purchase glasses there last year, but today they could not fix a wiggly frame- their suggested solution was for me to purchase a new pair of glasses. Hope to continue seeing their doc if possible.

From the reception to the end of your visit you are in great hands. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr Cha uses state of the art equipment to thoroughly assess your eyes. She also takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I learn something every time I go.
